slowly increasing to do the 5k
Running felt good this morning. I felt like I could go for 2 miles, but I am running with my friend tonight and I don’t want to over do it.

Morning runs are good
Learned from last run to keep water on hand and run when it is a bit cooler. I am still pretty winded though.

1st Run!
I am bit more out of shape than I thought. Also, I need to run in morning or night. It is way too hot! I lOVE my new shoes!!!! What a difference. I am very out of breath. I need more water in my schedule
