slowly increasing to do the 5k

Running felt good this morning. I felt like I could go for 2 miles, but I am running with my friend tonight and I don’t want to over do it.

Nice bike ride on the trail with hubby

Great Ride! Thankfully I got to ride my husband’s bike, and he rode mine. His is a lot moore comfortable.

1st Run!

I am bit more out of shape than I thought. Also, I need to run in morning or night. It is way too hot! I lOVE my new shoes!!!! What a difference. I am very out of breath. I need more water in my schedule

I am a newbie two

I am in the same boat. I just bought a pair of running shoes, and I am planning to run a half marathon in Sepetember. I don’t really know where to start. Does any one know any good running plans/schedules for brand new runners?

Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a woman from Hoffman Estates IL US, born in 1981.

My favorite sports include: running cycling swimming pilates walking team

My goals are: To be able to run a marathon and loose 15 pounds.

My other favorite activities include: Hockey, figure skating, synchronized figure skating, horseback rididng.
